1. Introduction – general presentation
Welcome to the website www.juliaart.org.ro of the company Track Dovn Srl, based in Romania, with registration number in the business register J2/1360/2023 and P.I. RO 48762354, email: contacts@juliaart.org, (hereinafter referred to as «the Company»), which will host the online shop under the commercial name «Julia Art» (hereinafter referred to as «e-shop» or «Julia Art» and /e «online store») belonging to the Company.
These terms and conditions apply to the repeat visitor, the registered member, the user who interacts with us in any way, for example by using the contact form or subscribing to the Newsletter and to the consumer/buyer who wishes to purchase the products we present, and offers for sale via the internet, such as furniture, chandeliers, stamps, clothing-clothing accessories, leather goods, wallpapers, fabrics, eco-leather, vintage products, jewellery.
If you place an order through Julia Art, upon confirmation that such order has been accepted, a contract of sale will be formed between you and the Company, which will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, including the Terms and Conditions of Purchase listed below in Chapter 2.
We invite you to carefully read the following terms, which form a single set of Purchase Terms, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before accessing Julia Art and using its services or making purchases in the e-store, as well as when accessing Julia Art via social media Facebook, Instagram.
If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the site, otherwise it means that you have read and accepted these terms.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you expressly represent that you are of legal age to be bound by these terms and that the information provided is correct.
The information contained in the online shop regarding the Company and its products corresponds to reality and is valid, being constantly updated, except for any involuntary errors due to unforeseeable technical reasons.

2. Conditions of purchase
The Company receives and executes orders through this online store, by any electronic means (such as email).
Transactions in our online shop are governed by applicable European and national legislation, as applicable, including Law 2251/1994, Presidential Decree 131/2003 and the Consumer Code of Conduct for electronic commerce (hereinafter “Purchase conditions ”).

2.1 Our products
The Julia Art shop sells to consumers (B2B/B2C) the company’s products that it displays on this site. These products refer to such as furniture, chandeliers, stamps, clothing-clothing accessories, leather goods, wallpapers, fabrics, eco-leather, vintage products, jewellery. (hereinafter “Products”).
All product prices are listed in Euros and include VAT. Julia Art is free to formulate its own pricing policy, the type of offers, as well as to choose the type of products to put up for sale, adding new ones or removing existing ones from its catalogues, without requiring the existence of prior notice or consent.
All information used to describe the products and/or services available on the site (texts/static/dynamic images/multimedia presentations/etc.) do not represent a contractual commitment on the part of the Company, they are for presentation purposes. The photographs depict our products realistically and accurately, adopting adequate technical measures, but without producing technical image deficiencies that occur unintentionally or due to different photographs.
The Company makes every effort to ensure that Julia Art reflects the availability of our products, however a product listed in our catalog may not be available for sale prior to completion of your order.
Our products are available for personal and business use (B2B/B2C).

2.2. Sales contract
The information contained in Julia Art cannot be considered a binding contract, but only if both parties agree.
We reserve the right to verify an order or to refuse it as we deem appropriate, to accept it after 7 (seven) days have passed since it was placed. The refusal expressed by the Company in this regard does not entail any liability on the part of the Company. Indicative reasons for rejecting the order are non-approval of payment, unavailability of the product or shipment of the order. In case of cancellation of the order, the amounts already paid will be refunded.

2.3 Order
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email that will contain the real-time order history tracking code, as well as the contact details of the cooperating courier.
Registered users can track the status of their order directly through their account.

2.4 Shipping – Shipping costs – Place and time of shipment
The Julia Art online store ships products all over Europe. If you wish to order and send your products to another country, you will first need to contact our company at contacts@juliaart.org, indicating the place of delivery is the address where the product is to be delivered. The calculation of the transport cost will be made based on the type of product purchased and the place of delivery as specified on the website.
The delivery time of our products is rapid and varies based on the type of product ordered and the place of delivery, except for reasons beyond our responsibility such as extraordinary reasons and force majeure (such as extreme weather events, health crises, strikes, etc.) it may delay delivery.If you are not satisfied with the service, you have the right to cancel the order, in which case please contact our Company at contacts@juliaart.org for a refund of the amounts paid.
The delivery of products to third countries outside the EU is regulated by the respective import legislation, which customers must inform themselves about in advance to avoid excessive customs costs in their own countries. In this case the Company assumes no responsibility, while the customer bears the entire cost of customs clearance or any other costs of this process.
The shipping cost in the case of wholesale sales (issuing an invoice) is borne by the recipient and not by the company. For the process of transporting the goods and its insurance, the buyer is solely responsible for finding the freight forwarder. Our company is willing to help the buyer find the most advantageous shipping company. In case of wholesale.

2.5 Payment methods
You can choose one of the following accepted payment methods available in our online store:
With Visa and Mastercard credit card: you can make purchases using your credit. Your transactions will be carried out through the bank’s system with the forwarding method that uses online security systems (RSA encryption), by filling in the required fields in the respective bank’s form: card number, expiry date and CCV. The processing of your card data is carried out exclusively for the payment of the products you have purchased in our online shop as part of the transaction between us, without saving your card data, which you will have to declare again with each transaction. Via Paypal: You can use Paypal for your purchases even without entering your credit card details. Your transactions will be carried out by the forwarding (forwarding) method, which means that Julia Art, does not store your card or account details.

2.6 Right of withdrawal
Under consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel the purchase of products through Julia Art by returning them without reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you receive the products in physical possession. If the expiry of the deadline coincides with a weekend or a legal holiday, the aforementioned deadline is extended until the following working day.
The return of the product is accepted only if the product is in its excellent original condition (modified/worn or damaged), while the return costs are borne by the customer. The material must be returned with intact packaging so that the product is not damaged during transport. The money will be returned only after the material arrives at its destination in the Julia Art warehouse and the conditions of the product have been verified.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, within the period indicated above, in accordance with the above, of the withdrawal from the concluded Sales Contract, with your explicit declaration which you can contact us as follows :

2.7 Return
Julia Art allows the return of products. In all cases of returning the product, it is necessary to agree via communication to the email address contacts@juliaart.org
